Refund policy
Can I exchange or return a product for an international order?
You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to return an item, except for personalized items and, for hygienic reasons, earrings, piercings and ear clips.
If you need to return an item please contact us at sales@joyaspangea.com and we will issue you a store credit for the value of the product(s) once your return is received and processed. The store credit can then be used to repurchase the item needed at your convenience. Under no circumstances will Pangea issue refunds. Take in consideration that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returns and exchanges will only be accepted for the following reasons:
- The item is defective.
- The item is not the correct one you ordered.
Do i have to pay the return shipping costs?
All shipping costs associated with an exchange or return shall be borne by the buyer, except in cases where the item is faulty or incorrect.
What is your return policy?
We will not accept returns for items that have been mishandled, lost, heavily worn, or damaged due to user error.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please note that a return shipping fee of $30 is charged for returns.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage
- Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included)
We are NOT responsible for any items that are late, lost, stolen, or damaged during return shipping. We cannot refund items that are lost or damaged.
Are sale items eligible for a return?
All items in the "Sale" section of our website are final sale and non-refundable.
