Warranty

We offer a 30-day warranty on all of our pieces if they present factory defects. If the product has been damaged through no fault of our own, such as poor care of the jewelry, we will not be held responsible.

If you receive the wrong order or a defective piece please send your order number and a photo of the defective or incorrect piece to sales@joyaspangea.com and we will be happy to help resolve this for you.
